Questions About Credits and Plans

Is there a free plan?

Yes. A free account includes 15 welcome credits, valid for 30 days once your email is verified, and one free standard AI generation per day while signed in, reset at midnight UTC. Classic font and try-on previews are always free. Buy credits or a plan when you want more generations, private designs or 2K HD output.

Do I need a subscription to design a tattoo?

No. A one-time credit pack is enough for most single tattoo projects. Subscriptions make sense if you sketch often or prepare designs for clients.

What happens to unused credits?

Monthly and annual credits follow the validity shown on the plan card, and one-time pack credits stay valid for ten years. Check the card before buying.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move to a different plan from the billing page; the new plan's credits and renewal date apply from the change.

Can I sell flash designs I generate?

Yes. Every paid plan and credit pack includes a commercial-use license for work such as flash sheets and client drafts. Free accounts are for personal use. Read the Terms of Service for the conditions that apply.

How do I ask for a refund?

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility. Email support@tatany.app with the account email and payment details and we will review the request.
